ALL-STAR-CAST SHINES WHEN CLOCK SETS COLTS GOING TO MIAMI
Very thrilling game. Whenever a hand on the clock working, the initiative of the match was exchanged from the team to another. Watching fumble return touchdowns, Quarterback rushing to TD, an intercept return touchdown and field-goals full of feeling of strain. Free Safety Marlin Jackson intercepted a QB Tom Brady's pass after Indianapolis Colts finally turned around New England Patriots with 1:00 left, it was the moment, 16 seconds to end, when the home crowd were sure that Colts won the AFC Championship. It's the first since the former Baltimore Colts, 1970.
Colts QB Peyton Manning, who earned no TD in last week's game against Baltimore Ravens, was not usual in the first half when he gave the opponent intercept return TD and was forced a field goal despite completing six long passes to march at eight yards to goal last driving in the half. Into the third quarter, Manning barely rushed 1-yard for touchdown before Colts rolled effectively trailing Patriots. After that, a close game was developed until ending as I enjoyed the flow of Patriots-adding-and-Colts-levelling. "Time, don't tick down", I thought.
Now I can't wait for two weeks to witness the winner of the Super Bowl XLI at Dolphin Stadium, Miami.
