HAKUHO WINS A HARU-BASHO TITLE AFTER PLAYOFF

SUMO

That is Sumo too, and I agreed what Ozeki Hakuho did it in the playoff of Nihon Sumo Kyokai Haru-Basho Sunday. After Hakuho and Yokozuna Asashoryu won a final match of regulation each against both Ozeki Kotooshu and Chiyotaikai. Especially when crowds at Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium made a stir for the Yokozuna's match, Asashoryu deserved a win by Hatakikomi to avoid the contact and consumption because of a playoff afterward maybe.

But in the playoff, Hakuho revenged the Yokozuna by same finish to win the title. Those results might have been estimated not to be good by Kyokai stuffs and some fans. I can think about it that Hakuho's performance in the playoff has saved an honour of Chiyotaikai, whose eighth loss meant to be a net loser to need eight wins to keep the status next May Tournament. You know rikishi, most especially Yokozuna is needed kaku, or a style for the highest ranked player, and is not liked to perform unfair plays in which a Hatakikomi finish may be included. Hakuho must not want to did it, so he might want to demand Asashoryu more for kaku as Yokozuna.

By tha way, Hakuho have gotten a chance for Yokozuna again. Next tournament, I expect to win it in style that nobody complain anything. He can do it.
