REDS MARCH IN STYLE PAST JUBILO
Brazilian chance-maker Robson Ponte carried the ball to exchange with Yuichiro Nagai into the area to beat Japanese International goalkeeper Yoshikatsu Kawaguchi of Jubilo Iwata when Urawa Reds deserved crusial win on the 5th Day of J-League.
At first it was Iwata to get the initiative of the game with effective short-passes laced. The opening goal by Robert Cullen was made in Jubilo's domination. For Reds, until they lost the score, they had no chance to panic Kawaguchi and Jubilo's defence, in which Hideto Suzuki marked Urawa's lone-striker Washington to frustrate enough. But the Brazilian striker found just a moment to move freely to even the game. This season, I also understood that Washington in the box is dangerous every moment.
Into the second, the Adilson Dias Batista's side had the oppotunity to score a winning goal when shots by Yusuke Inuzuka and Yoshiaki Ota, who was the most threat for Urawa during the game, hit the post. In a while, the Holger Osieck's side forcibly challenge the defences with little possession at midfield when Ponte's success was finally born. That was their experience, or the King's style?
J-League 07 had just started. Both teams will make the league exciting and entertaining, my expecting.
